Allow your body, mind, and spirit to rest, rejuvenate, and re-energize. With the use of props, your body is cradled and supported, inviting deep relaxation and gentle openings of energy pathways.

✨ Experience the healing resonance of a live Soundscape with crystal & Tibetan bowls, hand drum, and kashi chimes. These soothing vibrations calm the nervous system, lower stress, and cultivate inner peace.

🌙 We’ll close with a guided Yoga Nidra—a state of conscious rest that leaves you nourished and renewed.💫
