Ayurvedic Doctor (AD) / Owner

Kimberly is a NAMA certified Ayurvedic Doctor (AD) and passionate holistic healthcare professional whose mission in life is to help others become the healthiest, happiest and most fulfilled versions of themselves. She completed her Ayurvedic Practitioner training and clinical residency at the Southern California University of Health Sciences in Whittier, CA., Advanced Panchakarma training in Kerala, India and extensive continuing education through Kerala Ayurveda Academy in Milpitas, CA. In September 2023, Kimberly passed her National Ayurvedic Medical Association Certification Board Exam to become a certified Ayurvedic Doctor (AD).

Kimberly follows the wisdom of Ayurveda that we are linked intrinsically to nature and our environments - and seasons, emotions, lifestyle and dietary factors all play a significant role in our health and personal growth. She develops individualized health care plans tailored to fit a person’s own unique constitution and provides diet/nutritional and lifestyle counseling, herbal care and yoga/pranayama instruction.

Kimberly is a devoted student of Ayurveda and an Educator who has been a speaker/lecturer at various healing workshops/retreats and is a published writer and photographer. Her other great passion in life is for travel and experiencing other cultures with respect and reverence to the people, native plants and traditional medicine of that region.

She is also a professional member of NAMA (The National Ayurvedic Medical Association), a registered Yoga Teacher (RYT200), Reiki Master (RM), licensed and certified Massage Therapist in Florida (LMT) and California (CMT) and holds a BA in Journalism from the University of Central Florida.

Healing Elements Ayurveda Mission

My mission is to establish Brevard County’s first Ayurveda clinical practice and rejuvenation center. Healing Elements goal is to create a space for personal growth and healing by incorporating traditional Ayurvedic bodywork and detoxification therapies, herbal care, lifestyle/nutritional counseling, yoga/pranayama instruction and education by hosting health/wellness workshops and retreats.

Ayurveda

Ayurveda translates to “the science of life” and its roots in India are over 5,000 years old. It’s one of the oldest and most comprehensive traditional medical systems that incorporates diet/nutrition, herbs, yoga/pranayama and bodywork/detoxification therapies, but does so in a very practical and modern way. Our goal is maintain a holistic clinical practice to treat patients through Ayurvedic therapies and herbal care and provide an environment for education and personal growth/transformation.
