NAMA is the National Ayurvedic Medical Association, the main organization representing the standards and professional practices of Ayurveda in the United States. NAMA sets the standard for Ayurvedic education, approving only schools with the highest collegiate-level Ayurvedic training. NAMA certified Ayurvedic professionals must also complete extensive continuing education training.
